Ringing Bells the overnight famous company who launched a world cheapest smartphone at just Rs. 251, reportedly refunding the payments which they accepted on the first day of pre-booking. Ringing Bells said that they had accepted the payments from the very first 30,000 orders, and after that their website got crashed.

Ringing Bells MD Mohit Goel said that the company refunded the money of all first day 30,000 phones booking of customers and said that they will accept cash on delivery from them.

After the very first 30,000 smarphone bookings were made, the company fixed the website started the booking again after 24 hours and then they did not asked for any amount for the smartphone booking, and just allowed users to book the Freedome 251 unit with just and email and mobile number. After accepting those booking successfully, Ringing Bells said that all the confirmed booking customers will receive the payment link on their given email id to make the payment and confirm the booking completely but company did not sent any payment link to the customers on their email to get the payment.
