NEW DELHI: Mulayam Singh Yadav today said he has no question with his child and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, and that they will “deal with issues.” He had just met the EC in Delhi to strike his claim to the icon “cycle,” of the Samajwadi Party that he established 25 years prior. Akhilesh Yadav has tested him both for the symbol and the post of party chief. His nearby helper and uncle Ram Gopal Yadav met the Election Commission not long after Mulayam Singh did and said Team Akhilesh has requested that the board “take a snappy choice” on which group will get the symbol.
“There is no crack between my child and I. There is some issue in the party, one people is making inconvenience; I am certain that matters will be settled,” said Mulayam Singh Yadav, focusing on Ram Gopal Yadav, who is his cousin.
Ram Gopal Yadav has precluded a rapprochement. “The larger part is with Akhilesh Yadav. The symbol will go to whoever has numbers,” he said on the end of the week in the wake of submitting to the Election Commission six boxes of archives with marks of support from more 200 or the Samajwadi Party’s 229 officials. These, he says, prove that Akhilesh Yadav now heads the state’s ruling party, hosting been named party president set up of his dad at a meeting went to by around 5,000 leaders and specialists on January 1.
At a short press conference session on Sunday, Mulayam Singh demonstrated his system without numbers to back him – he doesn’t recognize that the gathering has part, and insists that he keeps on being the boss. “I am the national president, Akhilesh Yadav is the Chief Minister, Shivpal Yadav is the president of the Uttar Pradesh unit,” Mulayam Singh said, emphasizing that the meeting that saw his child being named party president was illicit as it was called by Ram Gopal, removed a day prior by him from the Samajwadi Party.
