The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the results for the first session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025. Candidates can access their scores on the official website: jeemain.nta.ac.in. The final answer key for this session has also been released.
In this session, 14 candidates achieved a perfect NTA score of 100. Notably, no female candidates were among them. The top-performing female candidate, Dwija Dharmeshkumar Patel from Gujarat, secured an NTA score of 99.99.
The examination was conducted from 22 to 29 January, 2025, across 618 centers in 304 cities, including 15 international locations such as Dubai, Singapore, and Washington D.C. For the first time, the exam was also held in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Oslo.
A total of 13,11,544 candidates registered for this session, with 12,58,136 (95.9%) appearing for the exam. This marks the highest attendance since NTA began administering the JEE (Main).
The NTA implemented several measures to ensure the integrity of the examination, including the use of AI-based video analytics, deployment of virtual observers, and installation of 5G jammers to prevent electronic malpractices.
Candidates are advised to download their scorecards from the official website and stay updated for information regarding the second session of JEE Main 2025, scheduled between April 4 and April 15.
