As big Bollywood stars endorse pan masala, young people get influenced by Bollywood big start and use tobacco products and pan masala as fashion thing to eat, smoke or drink without knowing bad things and effect on their body.
As Sunny Leony promised that she will not endorse pan masala, this will also enforces and encourage other big starts to stop promoting these bad pan masala and tobacco products in future. It will also work like a challenge that if she can do it then why not others starts.
