Coordinating with the central operations team
Managing suppliers and effectively communicating with them
Handling of operations for outbound holidays
Providing Support to Sales Agents by providing all the data (quotations etc.) to them
Error free updation of the bookings made on Navision/CRM
Understanding the complete cycle of the process, visas, ticketing and coordinating with the accounts department for payments / remittances
