4. Work directly with the implementation team to ensure delivery and implementation of the software solution
5. Excellent Communication Skill
6. Experience in building designs for mobile app
7. Proficiency in creating creating backgrounds, banners, layouts specifically for software products
8. Excellent creative skills
9. Designing and development user interface for web based software applications
10. Hands on knowledge in Photoshop, Dreamweaver and other design tools
11. Creation of web page layouts, navigation in an intuitive user friendly pattern

12. Fast learner, motivation to learn both the software and the business processes, analytical skills, commitment to task, result and customer service oriented
